No CFCs
This is an anti-fungal spray for footwear which I use on slippers, shoes and boots while also undergoing fungal nail treatment. As we all know it could take a year or so to clear an infection, so it's too soon to tell if this works or not to disinfect footwear. However, I'm happy to use anything that might help get rid of this darn fungus, and you have to keep pressing the button to make the spray work, implying that it doesn't contain CFCs (propellants) which are bad for you. It also smells pleasant and the can contains a decent amount.

IT WORKS!
I love the ease of use with this product. The spray for your shoes is brilliant and Jill's odours also and you don't need to spray every day! I suffered a while with fungal toe nails, yuk! This was due to a certain pair of shoes I wore. I now use this constantly so it never returns, and it hasn't.

It's better than a lot of competitors
This isn't a bad product at all to be honest, I does do quite a good job and gets rid of some seriously bad odours when sprayed directly on them. However you need to make sure it dries and you re-spray it, around 2-3 times in order to get the desired, clean feel and smell you wish.
I've used it on various applications. Inside of hats, Soles in shoes, on small areas of carpet, insides of jackets, decontaminating second hand products. If it is a very persistent odour though, dont expect a couple sprays with this and it will magically dissapear. Obviously washing something is the best option. But items which cannot be washed traditionally or are too delicate/large/cumbersome to wash are then this is what I suggest the intended purpose to be for.
If it is a persistent odour then follow these steps to obtain the best results:
1. Spray the product thoroughly, drench it if you have to or are able to.
2. Try and hang/hook your item in a area where it is ventilated or there is sufficient aire getting to it (Not outside)
3. After 2-3 hours repeat steps 1 & 2.
4. After completing steps 1-3 around 3 times allow the item to rest for 24 hours and see if the smell, feel of the item is improved.
5. If it is still persistent then... you guessed it repeat steps 1-3.
6. If it had gone then this should last around 3- 6 weeks depending on the item until you may need to do it again.
The only real caveat would be is the price, though its the most effective in comparison to a lot of aerosol based items (By the way which are usually quite shocking and like gimmicks!) its a little steep in the price espeically if you need a few bottles and it is something you really need to allow to dry and allow the moisture from the spray to be absorbed into the item so it has maximum effectivity. If you are using the item whilst it is still wet then you're throwing money down the drain as it wont do anything.
Overall though its not a bad product and when used properly it is very effective indeed.

Bought this for my work boots, I'm unsure if it actually works or not just hope it does . I really like the smell and definitely fresheners my boots up. Just one thing I would change is make it and aerosol not pump action. When spraying in end of boot it's quite hard and you cant hear it spraying also aerosol woukd distribute better. When goes on hand really stinks but wash it off fast as unsure if bad or not.

Great spray
Very good spray. The only one to remove fungal spores from the shoes that I know of. However, I did expect a spray that will be a bit more like a regular deodorant, however this sprays with liquid and you need to moisten the entire surface for it to work so it's slightly inconvenient t to use. The smell is very pleasant

It is so great to find such product, I am so very happy with this purchase! Only note is, tha it would be even greater if there is something to ease out spraying in every corner of the shoe as some shoes, for ex. heeled boots are a bit trickier.

Effective shoe spray
My chiropodist recommend that I use a spray in my trainers and shoes in the fight against fungal nail re-infection. Makes my trainers and shoes smell fresh. Quick spray and they're fine for a week at least. Also wash your socks at 60 degrees, to kill the spores.

The smell
I'm not sure if it works because I just got it but I'm not a big fun of the smell of the product... I would compare it to a cheap, nasty men deodorant... I expected it to be fragrance free.

Great idea and i think (hope) this spray does the trick
I had a few problems with the soray mechanism - after each spray i had to wait a while before another succesful spray and it would be better / easier to use if the spray worked upside down.
